A lot of people have been enjoying the Ice Bucket Challenge (although there have inevitably been naysayers who seem determined to see a bad side of everything), and our earlier posts featuring a host of celebs getting wet in the name of charity have certainly been popular.
However we’ve certainly not run out of famous folk getting drenched to raise awareness and hopefully some cash for ALS, although as the brilliant video Benedict Cumberbatch put together below shows, in the UK it’s known as Motor Neurone Disease and so Brits can give a bit of cash to the MND Association to show their support, while in the US it’s the ALSA that should be getting your money.
Along with Cumberbatch’s rather epic multiple soakings, you can take a look below at Tom Cruise and Mission: Impossible 5 director Chris McQuarrie getting drenched, Channing Tatum teaming up with wife Jenna, Zac Efron showing he’s up for the challenge alongside Ashley Tisdale, Jamie Dornan and Eddie Redmayne doing it with each other, and Robert Pattinson proving just how wet a t-shirt can get.
And if you need proof of why this is important, take a look at the Ice Bucket Challenge video at the bottom of this post, which comes from a man who was recently diagnosed with the condition.
You also can take a look at our earlier Ice Bucket Challenge posts, featuring Matt Bomer, Chris Pratt, Joe Manganiello, Stephen Amell, Robert Downey Jr., Jesse Metcalfe, Lance Bass, and boyband Emblem3 and another with Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Vin Diesel, The Flash’s Grant Gustin and James Franco.
