A couple of years ago Charlie David, star of gay-themed fun such as Dante’s Cover, Mulligans, Judas Kiss and the recent Paternity Leave, stepped behind the camera for the documentary I’m A Stripper. Now that doc has been expanded out and turned into five-part web mini-series, with the promise it will ‘pull back the curtain and explore the lives of the real life magic men who pay the bills by going the full Monty.’
Coming out just after Magic Mike XXL hit cinemas, this new, extended take on I’m A Stripper will give interested people the chance to indulge more of their male exotic dancer fantasies, as well as showing them a bit of the reality of the men’s lives..
“With the ratings success of our documentary film, I’m a Stripper, the obvious next step was to expand upon the brand,” says director Charlie David. “Building upon the insight gained into this taboo industry in episode 1, successive episodes in the series delve into the fascinating niches existing within it such as burlesque, webcam modeling, super troupes, gender drag, and Go-Go guys.”
Unfortunately it’s not cheap, but if you want to go inside the world of male stripper, the series is available now on Vimeo, Amazon, iTunes, Vudu, Google Play, Xbox and DotStudioz.
