Although not a brand new film, The Curse of the Un-Kissable Kid is certainly more than cute and funy enough to deserve a look. It follows Joshua, a 14-year-old boy who’s just figuring out his sexuality, but is getting bullied by one of the popular kids.
A psychic at a carnival gives him a potion that will help sort out his problems, but there’s a catch. If he doesn’t get a proper kiss withing 24 hours, he will become invisilbe forever. But who can he find to kiss? The only answer is a kissing booth!
It certainly fits a lot into 13-minutes, with a full-on (if slightly rnadom) musical number, some special effects and a cameo from gay film/web series stalwart Drew Droege, as well as Catwoman herself, Lee Meriwether. You can watch Mark Marchillo’s short film below.
