Seth MacFarlane is busy putting together the cast of his comedy western with A Million Ways to Die in the West, with MacFarlane set to star alongside Amanda Seyfried, Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson, and Giovanni Ribisi. Now THR reports that Sarah Silverman is in negotiations to play a prostitute in the movie.
The film is about a timid farmer (Seth MacFarlane) whose girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) leaves him for another man after he runs away from a gunfight. In the hope of winning her back, he enlists the help of the wife of a notorious outlaw’s wife (Charlize Theron), to teach him to become a better gunman. However, his skills are severely tested when the woman’s angry husband (Liam Neeson) comes riding into town.
Sarah Silverman will be involved in a subplot as the town’s prostitute, who ironically won’t have sex with her fiancée (Giovanni Ribisi), because she wants to wait until they are married.
Seth MacFarlane is set to direct from a screenplay he wrote alongside Ted co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild. Shooting will start later this spring.
