Director Eli Roth had a big hit with Hostel and it’s sequel, but there’s been a six-year gap between Hostel Part II and Green Inferno (which doesn’t get released until later this year). He’s keen to ensure there isn’t another lengthy break as he’s got a new movie in the works. TheWrap reports Roth has signed on to direct the horror-thriller Knock Knock.
The movie will reunite him with his Aftershock and The Green Inferno co-writers, Nicolá Ló and Guillermo Amoedo.
The film is about ‘two young girls who show up unexpectedly at the home of a married man where they seduce him and wreak havoc on his perfect life’.
No cast members is attached at this time, but Roth will be moving quickly to find some actors as shooting is set to begin this April on a budget of less than $10 million.
