Sometimes you don’t need to take long to tell an interesting story. That’s certainly true of Ecstasy, which is only four-minutes long, but certainly leaves the viewer with a few things to ponder. It doesn’t hurt either that it’s a well made movie with some good visuals.
Canadian-based filmmaker Kyle Reaume’s film follows a man who ‘would do anything to be touched by his former lover once more. Ecstasy is an exploration of the coalescence of love and violence.’ It’s provides an interesting look at the idea of there being a thin line between love and hate, and also between love and violence.
After a successful run in film festivals around the world, Ecstasy is now available online. You can take a look at it below.
