There’s no Kristen Stewart in The Huntsman: WInter’s War, as this is what happened before the events of Snow White. And as this new trailer shows, that involves warring sisters, played by Charlize Theron and Emily Blunt.
Here’s the synopsis: ‘Discover the story that came before Snow White in The Huntsman: Winter’s War. Chris Hemsworth and Oscar® winner Charlize Theron return to their roles from Snow White and the Huntsman, joined by Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain.
‘Theron stars as evil Queen Ravenna, who betrays her good sister Freya (Blunt) with an unforgivable act, freezing Freya’s heart to love and unleashing in her an icy power she never knew she possessed. Retreating to a kingdom far to the north, Freya raises an army of Huntsmen as her protectors, with the only rule that no two of them should ever fall in love.
‘As a war for domination escalates between the two queens, the hero standing between them is Freya’s most elite Huntsman, Eric (Hemsworth). Alongside fellow warrior Sara (Chastain)—the only woman who has ever captured his heart—Eric must help Freya vanquish her sister…or Ravenna’s wickedness will rule for eternity.’
The film will be in cinemas on April 8th.

After some character posters a couple of days ago (and some new ones you can see below), comes the trailer for the sequel, The Huntsman: Winter’s War. Snow White (Kristen Stewart) is gone, but both Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron are back, joined by Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain.
Snow White And The Huntsman star Kristen Stewart may have been let go (having an affair with the married director of the first movie probably didn’t help her chances of getting the call for the sequel), but Chris Hemsworth returns as the Huntsman and Charlize Theron as The Wicked Queen for The Huntsman: Winter’s War.
During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney (Matt Damon) is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet.
Everything we’ve seen for Guillermo Del Toro’s haunted house tale, Crimson Peak, has been impressively gothic, and that’s certainly true of the new poster that’s been released and which you can see above.
The Martian may be a sci-fi movie above, but the poster above looks just as much like a call to action for the women and gay men who go week at the needs at the sight of Matt Damon. I’m sure they’d be more than will to help rescue him from the Red Planet.
Normally you can’t keep Guillermo Del Toro from talking about his movies, but he’s been a tiny bit more secretive with Crimson Peak. But the shades of his haunted house are being pulled back with a new trailer.
