Keanu Reeves hasn’t been on our screens much lately. His last film was the little seen Henry’s Crime in 2010, while his bigger budget 47 Ronin keeps having its release date pushed back (it’s currently due at Christmas). However one film he appears it that should appear before then is Generation Um…
The movie follows a day in the life of John (Reeves) and his two beautiful cohorts as they live life on the fringe, immersed in sex, drugs and indecision. As they navigate their daily routine of bars, crowds and New York City living, they embark on a path of self-discovery.
It’s mumblecore with Reeves lookin at the disaffection of modern life. I can’t imagine it’ll break the box office though.
