The gay-themed documentary 50 Years Legal is out on DVD and VoD now in the UK courtesy of Peccadillo Pictures. We’ve teamed up with them to give away three copies of the film on DVD in this competition!

50 years legal is directed and written by legendary rock promoter Simon Napier-Bell, manager of The Yardbirds, T Rex and George Michael, and created to coincide with the 50 anniversary of the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality, this is an engaging journey through the subsequent years of how those changes affected LGBT lives. It features interview with leading activists and cultural commentators including Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Elton John, Matt Lucas, Sir Derek Jacobi and Simon Callow.

The award-winning gay short film compilation reaches its coming-of-age with Boys On Film 18: Heroes. The release features ten uplifting and powerful tales recounting the lives of everyday gay, bi or transgender heroes, fighting for the right to be be themselves.

The shorts include the docudrama The Colour Of His Hair starring God’s Own Country’s Josh O’Connor (God’s Own Country), the Egyptian animation Half A Life, and Iris Prize 2017 winner, Mother Knows Best.

The collection of three gay-themed short films, Cas, is out on DVD and VoD in the UK. We’ve got three copies of the disc to give away in this competition.

Dekkoo Shorts presents three shorts that examine the different effects the addition of a third party has on a modern gay relationship. In CAS, Pepijn and George’s steady, seven-year relationship is shaken up after they allow a hot young student named Cas to sleep on their couch whilst he finds a place of his own. Gradually, both men fall head over heels for Cas’s laconic charm, forcing them to reconsider their many long-term plans. Is Cas’s presence endangering their relationship or is he actually a blessing in disguise? In TRI-CURIOUS, last minute anxiety threatens to ruin a young gay couple’s first threesome together. BED BUDDIES is a comedy about three gay friends who wake up after sleeping together and try to make sense of the unclear line between friendship and love.
