Crush Of The Day: The Boys Of Bridgend Get Naked To Raise Money For Male Cancers

The town of Bridgend is South Wales is not renowned for sexiness, but that’s not to say their aren’t plenty of hotties there. To help prove it – and raise plenty of cash for charity – there’s the Boys Of Bridgend calendar, where photographer Russ Hughes has convinced a bevy of rugged hunks to strip naked to help make money for male cancers.

Russ says, “The calendar is supporting the Everyman Appeal, which is for male specific cancers and we are hoping to reach £10,000 for the cause through sales. We have an online store that we are selling through which is boysofbridgend.ecwid.com it’s just a small store but it’s doing the trick for us so far. I shot the calendar pulling in favours from guys I know to pose for me. They’re all aged between about 22 and 34 in jobs ranging from labourers to retail assistants.”
