After playing as an Official Selection at the BFI Flare: London LGBT Film Festival 2016, Blush is heading to DVD in the UK in September, courtesy of TLA Releasing. You can take a look at the trailer for the movie below.
Here’s the synopsis: ‘Like all teenagers her age, Barash wants to hang out with her friends, drink alcohol, score some drugs and generally have a good time. She doesn’t want to worry about her unraveling home life, with her parents never ending arguments and a sister who has gone AWOL from the army again. Barash just wants to have some fun. When new girl Dana arrives at school, brimming with a cocky demeanour and oh-so-cool attitude, Barash can t help falling in love for the first time. Presenting a lesbian coming-of-age story from a fresh perspective, BLUSH is essential viewing.’
It’s certainly looks like one to keep an eye out for. Get a taste of Blush below.
