The reinvention of RoboCop is out now on DVD, Blu-ray and VoD from StudioCanal in the UK, and we’ve teamed up with them to give away three copies of the action sci-fi in this competition.

In RoboCop, the year is 2028 and multinational conglomerate OmniCorp is at the center of robot technology. Their drones are winning American wars around the globe and now they want to bring this technology to the home front. Alex Murphy (Joel Kinnaman) is a loving husband, father and good cop doing his best to stem the tide of crime and corruption in Detroit. After he is critically injured in the line of duty, OmniCorp utilizes their remarkable science of robotics to save Alex’s life. He returns to the streets of his beloved city with amazing new abilities, but with issues a regular man has never had to face before.

Octavio is a prize-winning boxer, living in the south of Chile. But when he meets Hugo, a young and attractive man, everything he believes is brought into question. As their relationship starts to bloom, Octavio realises that he must sacrifice his love for boxing.

The couple move to the capital, Santiago, where they can fulfil their dreams and be together without the watching eyes of those around them. But nothing turns out as planned as Hugo is seduced by the temptations of the big city.

Octavio makes a new attempt at what he does best: boxing. But this time he’s not looking for victory, but a cure for his heartache. Both he and Hugo soon realise, this fight could be a new way out – or his very last round.

The gay-themed romantic drama In Bloom arrives on DVD in the UK on June 9th, courtesy of TLA Releasing. We’ve teamed up with them to give away three copies in this comp.

Reminiscent of indie hit Weekend, IN BLOOM is the most realistic depiction of a gay relationship to come out of the US in some time. Add the foreboding threat of a killer on the loose, and this incredibly rich and rewarding film becomes unmissable. Kurt and Paul seem very solid and in love, living large in their home city of Chicago, thanks in part to Kurt’s successful pot-dealing business. Everything is going their way. But when a sexy young customer makes a play for Kurt, it sets off a chain of events that not only puts their perfect relationship at risk, but possibly even their lives.

The film has been featured at numerous LGBT film festivals around the world and now it’s coming to DVD.

Cell K-11 has arrived on DVD in the UK courtesy of High Fliers Films, and we’ve teamed up with them to give away three copies of the tough LGBT-themed thriller in this competition!

Like Alice in a brutally violent Wonderland, music executive Ray Saxx, Jr. (Goran Visnjic) is trapped in K-11, a very unique part of the Los Angeles County Prison System. He was out cold when he arrived and he has no idea how he got there – all he knows is he needs to get the hell out…alive and intact. To do that Ray must navigate through the maze of the toughest place in the jail system – K-11, the place reserved for LGBT prisoners and others who would be in danger if housed with the general population.

The movie sports a tour de force cast that includes Goran Visnjic (Beginners; The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Kate del Castillo (La Reina del Sur), Portia Doubleday (Youth in Revolt), D.B. Sweeney (Hard Ball), Jason Mewes (Clerks), Tommy ‘Tiny’ Lister (The Dark Knight), Tara Buck (True Blood; Justified) and Cameron Stewart in his feature film debut.

HBO Home Entertainment releases TRUE BLOOD: THE COMPLETE SIXTH SEASON on Blu-ray and DVD on 2 June 2014 and we’ve teamed up with them to give away two DVD box sets in this competion. This thrilling, penultimate season is packed with even more shocking, scary and sexy moments than ever before. The season opens with the Authority in flames and TruBlood in short supply. As Bill comes to terms with his newfound powers after emerging reincarnated from a pool of blood, humans are in open conflict with vampires like never before. Meanwhile, Sookie (Anna Paquin; X-Men) and Jason (Ryan Kwanten; Home and Away) must steel themselves for an encounter with their parents’ killer: the mysterious and ancient Warlow.

Newcomers are welcomed to Louisiana – some human, some not so human. Governor Truman Burrell (Arliss Howard; Jurassic Park, Moneyball) is a politician who after some time of being extremely patient is now prepared to strike against what he believes to be the greatest threat to Louisiana: all of vampire-kind. His daughter, Willa (Amelia Rose Blaire; Royal Pains) is smart and ambitious, but as she works for her father she is subject to his imposing and demanding will.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell (Parenthood) plays Nicole Wright, the co-founder of the Vampire Unity Society, a non-violent group dedicated to supernatural rights. As a newcomer to Bon Temps and the granddaughter of Freedom Riders, she comes with the goal to bring equality to all supernaturals.

The tense, gay-themed thriller Truth arrives on DVD in the UK on May 26th, courtesy of TLA Releasing. And we’ve teamed up with them to give away three copies in this comp.

The film stars porn actor turned legit thesp Sean Paul Lockhart (aka Brent Corrigan), alongside actor/director Rob Moretti.

After a chance encounter over the Internet, Caleb (Lockhart) meets and falls head over heels for Jeremy (Moretti) and soon the line between love and lies blur. Struggling to keep his past a secret, including his mentally ill mother, Caleb slowly succumbs to his darker side. A sudden turn of events finds Jeremy held captive, until Caleb’s quest for the truth is revealed.

As we said in our review of the US Cinema release, it’s ‘an entertaining, sexy and sometimes a little disturbing thriller that will keep you watching’.
