Win The Occult Horror A Dark Song On DVD!

August 13, 2017 By Tim Isaac Leave a Comment

To celebrate the release of A DARK SONG – available on Digital Download 31st July and DVD 7th August – we are giving away a copy on DVD courtesy of Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment.

Hellraiser meets The Descent in this macabre, mind-bending horror, with Sightseers star Steve Oram as an occult practitioner dabbling in the far reaches of evil, in a dazzling debut from director Liam Gavin.

With shades of cult horrors Kill List and Wake Wood, A DARK SONG is nevertheless fiercely original and innovative, helmed with an assurance that is all the more astonishing given it is Gavin’s first film.

After a slot at the London Film Festival, and winning Gavin the New Visions award at the 2016 Sitges Festival, A DARK SONG is brooding, brutal and brilliant, and now ready to scare audiences at home!

Win The Gay-Themed Best Picture Oscar Winner, Moonlight On Blu-ray!

June 20, 2017 By Tim Isaac Leave a Comment

Moonlight was the little film that could. A movie that seemingly came out of nowhere to take the Best Picture Oscar at this year’s Academy Award ceremony. Now, as the movie arrives on Blu-ray, DVD and VoD in the UK, we’ve teamed up with Altitude Film Distribution Home Entertainment to give away a Blu-ray copy in this competition..

Moonlight is a moving coming-of-age drama about a young African American man growing up in a tough neighbourhood of Miami. The film has already garnered world-wide praise beating a stellar line up including La La Land and Hidden Figures for Best Picture at the 2017 Academy Awards®. Win The Autopsy of Jane Doe On DVD, Plus A Limited Edition T-shirt & A Sgned Poster!

June 18, 2017 By Tim Isaac Leave a Comment

To celebrate the home entertainment release of THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE we have a copy of the DVD, a limited edition T-Shirt, and signed poster up for grabs, courtesy of Lionsgate Home Entertainment!

An ordinary autopsy turns into a nightmarish ordeal for father and son morticians, played by Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch, in a brilliantly macabre white knuckle horror thriller that’s ‘scary as hell’ (Crave), and ‘not for the squeamish’ (Hollywood Reporter); and none other than the master of horror himself Stephen King raves “Watch it… but not alone”.

Experienced coroner Tommy Tilden (Brian Cox) and his son Austin (Emile Hirsch) run a family-owned morgue and crematorium in Virginia. When the local Sheriff brings in an emergency case – an unknown female corpse nicknamed ‘Jane Doe’, found in the basement of a home where a multiple homicide took place – it seems like just another open-and-shut case. But as the autopsy proceeds, these seasoned professionals are left reeling as each layer of their inspection brings frightening new revelations. Perfectly preserved on the outside, Jane Doe’s insides have been scarred, charred and dismembered – seemingly the victim of a horrific yet mysterious ritualistic torture. As Tommy and Austin begin to piece together these gruesome discoveries, an unnatural force takes hold of the crematorium. While a violent storm rages above ground, it seems the real horrors lie on the inside…

THE AUTOPSY OF JANE DOE will be available on EST 19th June, and DVD, Blu-ray and VOD 26th June.

For your chance to win The Autopsy Of Jane Doe on DVD, plus a t-shirt and signed poster, answer the question below and fill in your details, then press submit! The competition closes on July 2nd, 2017, so get answering and good luck. [Read more…]
