Last week, Niagara picked up the award for artistic merit at the 6th annual Don Thompson LGBT Film Festival held at the University Of Southern California. And you can watch the stop-motion animated short right here.
The film sees a couple driving along and then stopping so one of them can take a leak. It’s a film with a great ambiguity as to exactly what’s going on and who these people are. The ending leaves things open as to who’s right, who’s wrong and what exactly has just happened.

The other winners were Conor Fetting-Smith’s documentary, Bingo Night, entertainers earning their keep at bingo games, which took the audience award went to. The gong for LGBT awareness went to Teens Like Phil by Dominic Haxton. (Source: The Advocate)
