In the first five episodes, straight guys Tyler and Skyler (played by models Christian Plauche & Matthew Egan) haven’t exactly had a huge amount of luck with their plan to convince women to sleep with them by pretending to be gay.
Things don’t go a huge amount better in eps. 5, 7 and 8, but they’re ready to give up quite yet.
Although from the outside it might sound like the show is making fun of being gay, the makers are keen to point out that, ‘By reversing the roles of fitting into heteronormative society, the show is a parody of the stereotypes that plague the LGBT community and boasts a strong message, we are more successful when we are ourselves.’
