The Ice Bucket Challenge viral campaign to help raise money for ALS (commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease in the US and motor neurone disease in the UK) is picking up with more and more celebs taking up the mantle, giving some money to charity and posting videos of themselves getting drenched with a bucket of ice cold water.

Last week we featured Ansel Elgort doing his bit for the Ice Bucket effort, and now more many others have joined in, so below you can take a look at the likes of Matt Bomer, Chris Pratt, Joe Manganiello, Stephen Amell, Robert Downey Jr., Jesse Metcalfe, Lance Bass, and boyband Emblem 3 all getting drenched.

Some are hot, many shirtless, a few amusing, and the only reason we included Emblem 3 is because they did the challenge naked! And as you would hope, Chris Pratt manages to be both adorable and sexy, with wife Anna Faris ensuring he doesn’t escape getting wet. And quite frankly, seeing a shirtless Stephen Amell getting drenched by Colton Haynes is all we wanted from life.

Back in the 1980s in the UK, Nick Kamen for starring in a Levi’s commercial where he stripped to his boxer shorts in a launderette. 29-years-on from that classic advert a new riff on it has arrived with buff and sexy personal trainer and fitness model Jack Eyers doing something very similar.

The difference here is that Eyers isn’t in a launderette, he’s headed to a Scope charity shop to give them his clothes to sell. Scope started out as a charity helping those with cerebral palsy, but has since broadened out to campaign about and improve the lives of people with all sorts of disabilities.

As you’ll see there’s a particular reason Eyers may be keen to help Scope, as he lost his leg at the age of 16 due to a rare condition called Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency.

“In the Scope ad I play a guy who takes a charity appeal a bit far. It was fun. The false leg has made me stronger,” Eyers told the BBC. “I’m determined to show disability needn’t stop you living a normal life.”

“I’m actually now more self-conscious when I wear trousers than when I wear shorts. I’m always wearing shorts,” he added. “I want people to see it. It’s part of me. I show it off now.”

The town of Bridgend is South Wales is not renowned for sexiness, but that’s not to say their aren’t plenty of hotties there. To help prove it – and raise plenty of cash for charity – there’s the Boys Of Bridgend calendar, where photographer Russ Hughes has convinced a bevy of rugged hunks to strip naked to help make money for male cancers.

Russ says, “The calendar is supporting the Everyman Appeal, which is for male specific cancers and we are hoping to reach £10,000 for the cause through sales. We have an online store that we are selling through which is boysofbridgend.ecwid.com it’s just a small store but it’s doing the trick for us so far. I shot the calendar pulling in favours from guys I know to pose for me. They’re all aged between about 22 and 34 in jobs ranging from labourers to retail assistants.”

We’re certainly liking the fact these guys look like real people, with their innate sexiness brought out in the hot monochrome pics. When a Broadway musical version of Rocky opened in March, there was a lot of praise for the innovative and highly complex sets (less so for the music), but fewer people mentioned that the guys who are part of the show’s ensemble are frigging hot!

Out seems to have noticed though, and despite the fact the show will be closing on August 17th, they’ve lined up four of the gents who’ve been part of the show, and gotten them to take all their clothes off for a photoshoot.

They may be out of a job in a couple of weeks time, but on the evidence of these pictures (taken by Cedric Terrell at a studio in New York’s Chelsea), we’re hoping James Brown III, Adrian Aguilar, Okieriete Onoadowan, and Adam Perr, find more work soon and that it involves them not having to wear too many clothes.
