While he’s gotten close, Jason Sudeikis hasn’t quite broken out as a fullon movie star yet, but he’s certainly got the potential. Now he’s heading into rom-com territory for Tumbledown, alongside Rebecca Hall. Now they trailer has arrived, which you can take a look at below.
Here’s the synopsis: ‘Pop culture scholar Andrew (Jason Sudeikis) comes to Maine to interview Hannah (Rebecca Hall), the protective widow of an acclaimed singer. When the unlikely pair strike a deal to co-write a biography, Andrew finds himself clashing with a cast of locals, including Hannah’s hunky suitor (Joe Manganiello) and her loving but defensive parents (Blythe Danner, Richard Masur). When Hannah and Andrew’s stormy partnership blossoms into an unexpected connection, they face the possibility that the next chapter in their lives may involve each other. Dianna Agron and Griffin Dunne costar in this startlingly funny and sweetly romantic tale of moving on and finding love in the unlikeliest of places.’
It’ll be in US cinemas on February 12th, but no UK is currently set.

It was Carol and Bridge Of Spies that had most to celebrate yesterday with the news that they each scored nine BAFTA nominations. It was widely expected Carol would do well, although Spielberg’s Bridge Of Spies cetainly did better than many expected it to going into the awards season.

It’s just four months until Disney hopes that turning another one of its classic movies live-action will pay off at the box office. This time it’s The Jungle Book that’s being revamped, with Jon Favreau directing and the likes of Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson, Giancarlo Esposito and Christopher Walken providing the voices of the animals.
After the massive success of The Conjuring, it’s no surprise that we’re getting a sequel. However it’s taken a while for it to be ready – so long that we’ve had time for the spin-off Annabelle in the meantime – but now we have a trailer for The Conjuring 2, which moves the action to Britain.
A few weeks ago a teaser trailer for the much anticipated High-Rise dropped, but it didn’t show us too much of the movie, instead coming across as a faux promotional video for the retro-futuristic building referred to in the title. Now a more traditional teaser has arrived, suggesting this will be a bizarre but incredibly eye-catching movie.
