Crush Of The Day: Alexander Ludwig Strips To His Underwear For Flaunt

Alexander Ludwig may have started out as a child actor in the likes of The Seeker and Race To With Mountain, but he’s certainly grown up well, appearing as Cato in The Hunger Games, and starring in Lone Survivors and the TV series Vikings.

He’s pretty busy though, as he’s mixing his acting career with studying as a theater major at the University Of Southern California, where he’s a real live frat boy in the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.

It seems he also has time for photoshoots (this one with photographer Justin Campbell), including an incredibly sexy one for Flaunt, where he showcases his charms, including stripping down to his Calvin and offering up plenty of general shirtlessness.

And I don’t know why, but it makes me surprisingly happy that he’s kept a bit of chest scruff.

New Lone Survivor Trailer – Mark Wahlberg, Ben Foster & Taylor Kitsch turn Navy Seals

Lone Survivor is already building a bit of Oscar buzz, and it’ll be interesting to see whether it can build that in the run up to Awards season.

The movie is based on a failed 2005 mission, Operation Red Wing, which tasked four members of SEAL Team 10 (Wahlberg, Hirsch, Foster, Kitsch) to kill Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. However they were quickly compromised and came under attack. As the title suggests, it didn’t go well. It stars Mark Wahlberg, Ben Foster, Taylor Kitsch, Eric Bana, Emile Hirsch and Alexander Ludwig.

Universal have slotted it in for a prime Oscar push, with a limited US release around Christmas before it goes wide next January. Take a look at the new trailer below. [Read more…]

Lone Survivor looks like it might be an interesting one and Universal obviously agree, as they slotted it in for a prime Oscar push, with a limited US release around Christmas before it goes wide next January. Now we get our first look at the Peter Berg movie, which stars Mark Wahlberg, Ben Foster, Taylor Kitsch, Eric Bana, Emile Hirsch and Alexander Ludwig.

Alexander-Ludwig-slide Alexander Ludwig may have started off as a child star in the likes of The Seeker and Race To Witch Mountain, but now he’s all grown up and turned many heads last year in The Hunger Games as tribute Cato (even if things didn’t work out too well for his character).

He may not have a new film out imminently, but pics have been spreading across the web this week of the 20-year-old looking incredibly sexy and ripped while on holiday in Hawaii. He’s also been rocking some of the pink-est swim shorts we’ve ever seen!

It seemed a good excuse to post some hot picture of the young Canadian, including some of the Hawaii vacation shots, along with the best from elsewhere (many from Ludwig’s own Facebook page). As he also works as a model, he’s not averse to getting his shirt off, and due to the fact he must spend huge amounts of time working out, he sure looks good.

This year we’ll be able to see him on Grown Ups 2, Lone Survivor and Final Girl.
