First Pic Of Robert Pattinson As The Face Of Dior Homme Released

robert-pattinson-diorWill more men buy perfume because Robert Pattinson is on the adverts? Or more correctly, will more straight men buy it? Probably not, but there are quite a few gay guys out there who’d like to smell like the R-Patz, and thousands of straight women who’ll demand that their boyfriends do.

Pattinson is now the face of Dior Homme, with the fashion and perfume house tweeting the first official image of him for their campaign, along with the message ‘Dior is delighted to announce that actor Robert Pattinson is to be the new face of Dior Homme fragrance’. While he can look a bit of a mess, here he’s moody, well scrubbed and nicely beardy. Take a look above.

Expect plenty more of the ex-vampire trying to convince you what you should smell like very soon.

Crush Of The Day: Les Miserables’ Aaron Tveit For Mr Porter

aaron-tveit-mr-porter6-slideIn amongst the big star names of Les Miserables, there was one lesser-known talent who turned a lot of heads – Broadway star Aaron Tveit, who played the student revolutionary Enjolas.

Fans of Gossip Girl may have recognised him from his recurring role on that show, and he’s been introduced to an even wider audience recently with the TV series Graceland, which has Tveit in one of the main roles.

Recently he also went in front of the lens of photographer Billy Kidd for the fashion retail site Mr. Porter, which has resulted in some great shots of the very hot actor. There’s also a bit of an interview if you want to read more about him on the Mr Porter site.

Downton Abbey Gets A Drag Makeover And A Pop Soundtrack

Downton Abbey has been severely lacking in drag queens, so Funny Or Die has remedied that with Snore, a very camp new vid that brings a bit of drag to the period drama, and turns it into Snore.

The video features the likes of Stephen Guarino, Willam, Vicky Vox, Michelle Visage, David Burtka, Jimmy Ray Bennett, Jeff Hiller, Drew Droege, Courtney Act, Jonny McGovern, Sebastian LaCause and more, all suggesting Downton isn’t the fastest paced show on earth. And it’s all set to the tune of Madonna’ Vogue and The Real McCoy’s Another Night.

Crush Of The Day: Channing Tatum Does Vanity Fair (& Talks Fatherhood)

We certainly like ourselves a bit of Channing Tatum here at BGPS and Vanity Fair has been kind enough to oblige by putting the actor on the cover, offering a couple of sexy new pics (courtesy of fame photog Bruce Weber) and even releasing a video on the actor on set, playing with puppies and farm animals.

They’ve also got an interesting interview with the new dad, who says he wouldn’t medicate his child for learning difficulties (although he does say some people need drugs). Channing first child with wife Jenna Dewan Tatum, Everly, was born May 31st, 2013. And technically their child is a Brit, as she gave birth in London, England.

Smurfs Come Out For Marriage Equality In A Funny New Vid

They live in a village full of men, with just one woman, so it’s not too much of a shock that a new comedy vid suggest the Smurfs are gay. They’re also a forward thinking group, where they can marry and smurf each other to their heart’s content.

They’re a bit upset that humans still deny marriage equality to gay couples, so they’ve made this video to show their support.

We’re not sure what Sony Pictures, who have The Smurfs 2 coming out at the end of next month, will think about this (and the characters’ creator Peyo said they were asexual), but personally I think it’s nice to know that Smurfette isn’t having to constantly fend off the over-amorous advances of hundreds of horny smurfs! It turns out nobody actually wants to be heterosexual, but they’ve been convinced they do simply because back in the past there weren’t enough people. Or at least that’s true in Samesies, a new comedy short from writer-director John McKeever.

In the Stone Age, everybody loved samesies and the idea of sleeping with somebody of the opposite sex was simply gross. However there’s a problem – the population is going to die out. So what are they supposed to do? Ans what would happen if it got too the stage where there were too many people?

It’s going to be a difficult couple of months for those who find the handsomeness of Henry Cavill difficult to witness, as he’s going to be everywhere, busy promoting Man Of Steel.

Matt Dallas Shows Off His Belly Button (And Gay Men Worldwide Rejoice)

Just before Christmas, actor Matt Dallas had a low-key coming out, tweeting that he had a new fiancé, LA musician Blue Hamilton. Recently he headed to the set of the upcoming ABC Family show, Baby Daddy, for a guest slot that will reunite him with Kyle XY co-star Jean-Luc Bilodeau.

And to remind us even more of Kyle XY, they took some shots showing off their belly buttons – but unlike on the earlier show, Dallas actually has one this time.

Dallas also recently spoke to E! Online about his upcoming wedding, saying, “We talked about it a lot and we’ve been doing lots of planning, but there’s no official date set yet.”

He says they’ll probably go outside LA for the nuptials, but there’s no intention to get too anally retentive about perfection. “We’re both like the most easy going [guys],” he said, “For us, it’s more about just having a celebration and throwing a party. Yeah, so no stressing out and getting crazy about wedding plans. You’re supposed to enjoy it. It’s supposed to be fun.”

Liam Hemsworth Gets Shirtless In A New Paranoia Photo

liam-hemsworth-paranoia-shirtlessHollywood know that sometimes getting people into a thriller can be a tough prospect, so why not appeal to some baser instincts? That seems to be the logic with Paranoia, which has just released a new photo of Liam Hemsworth, which has little to do with the movie but does allow us to check out his nipples.

Hemsworth stars as Adam Cassidy, an ambitious young man trying to get ahead in his entry-level job at a telecommunications firm. After he makes a costly mistake, the company CEO (Oldman) agrees not to turn him in if he spies on Jock Goddard (Harrison Ford), Nicholas’ mentor and a rival executive.

Robert Luketic is directing from a screenplay by Jason Dean Hall, which he adapted from the novel of the same name by Joseph Finder. Lucas Till, Embeth Davidtz, Amber Heard, Julian McMahon also star. The film hits the US on August 16th, and should reach the UK a couple of months later.
