It’s amazing what guys get up to in just their underwear on the internet. One of the latest are dancers Matt Baker, Brandon Cournay, and Kile Hotchkiss, who created the #sharethemattress video mattress below to promote the 10th anniversary season of the Keigwin + Company New York dance troupe.

They do throw in some interpretative dance moves, but let’s face it, it’s mainly just some sexy young guys playing about on a bed. And that’s just fine by us.

Is Chris Hemsworth’s Butt The Real Star Of Rush?

rush-preview-pic1Rush has been getting plenty of positive notices as it rolls out around the world, and it’s due to reach the US on Friday. That release coincides with the emergence of a gif, showing one moment in the movie that looks like it’ll be worth the admission price along – Chris Hemsworth’s butt!

Well, at least we hope it’s really his and he’s not so shy he had to use a body double.

Hemsworth plays ‘Privileged, charismatic and handsome English playboy, James Hunt could not be more different from his reserved and methodical opponent, Austrian born Niki Lauda. RUSH follows their checkered personal lives both on and off the track and charts their rivalry from its inception in Formula 3. Here they competed viciously against each other until Lauda’s superior business acumen and surgeon like precision behind the wheel propelled him all the way to Formula 1; eventually landing him the number one spot at Ferrari.

However it was not long before unruly golden boy James Hunt fought his way into Formula 1, and into the hearts of a nation, dramatically seizing the world championship from Lauda and proving to the critics, and more importantly himself, that there was real substance beneath his stylish exterior. Polar opposites pitted against each other in the most dangerous sport in the world, Hunt and Lauda were pushed to the breaking point of their physical and psychological endurance. In the final race to the chequered flag these two men knew there were no short cuts to victory and no margin for error.

Chatting To Bashment Writer/Director Rikki Beadle Blair

For the past couple of decades, Rikki Beadle-Blair has been one of the leading artists looking at the British black and gay experience. He’s written and directed numerous stage plays, penned films and TV series such as Metrosexuality and Stonewall, and helmed movies like Fit and KickOff.

Now he’s back with Bashment, based on his 2003 play. The movie, which is out now on DVD in the UK, is about the aftermath of a horrific homophobic attack on a young man, looking at both the victims and the attackers. You can read our review here.

We caught up with Rikki to talk about the movie, as well as his personal take on the issues facing black and gay people today. [Read more…]

Paul Walker Gets Shirtless For A New Davidoff Campaign

paul-walker-shirtless-davidoffPaul Walker is one of those actors who ought to be contractually obliged never to wear a shirt. Swiss luxury tobacco goods manufacturer Davidoff obviously feel the same, as for their Cool Water ‘Love the Ocean 2’ initiative in partnership with National Geographic, the first thing they did was send his to the beach and get him to show some skin.

We honestly can’t believe he celebrated his 40th birthday last week, as he doesn’t look much different to when he was making Pleasantville, Varsity Blues and she’s all that in the late 1990s.

He’ll be back next year in Fast & Furious 7, although perhaps before then we’ll get more shirtlessness from him for Davidoff (after all, he’s been fronting the fragrance for a couple of and pretty much everything they ask him to do involved showing off his chest).

First Pics Of Benedict Cumberbatch As The Gay Alan Turing On The Imitation Game Set

A couple of days ago it was officially announced that the biopic of gay computer genius and codebreaker Alan Turing, The Imitation Game, has started shooting. Now the first pics of Benedict Cumberbatch on the set in the lead role have popped up online, which you can see above and below.

Turing is a pioneer of modern-day computing who is credited with helping crack the fiendish German codes, such as Enigma, during the Second World War. The film will chronicle the nail-biting race against time by Turing and his brilliant team at Britain’s top-secret code-breaking centre, Bletchley Park.

Turing, whose contributions and genius significantly shortened the war, saving thousands of lives, was the eventual victim of an unenlightened British Establishment, who prosecuted him for being gay and forced him to agree to be chemically castrated.

Tragically Turing admitted to the police he was gay while reporting a robbery, believing they would protect him and catch those who’d stolen from him. Instead it was him who found himself in court. After he was convicted he was shunned by the establishment and despite he incredible mind he found himself pushed to the sideline. He committed suicide (although some say it was an accident) not too long afterwards.

Apropos Of Nothing: Henry Cavill Teaches Us Respect, On Sesame Street

If there’s one US TV show that can get pretty much anybody it wants to turn up for a guest spot, it’s Sesame Street. Everyone from Michelle Obama to Zac Efron has shown up in recent years, along with many, many others.

Now it’s the turn of Superman himself, Henry Cavill. While Efron gave us all a lesson in patience, Jon Hamm talked about sculpture and then Kellan Lutz taught us about vibrations (yes, really), Cavill is here to tell us all about Respect. Unfortunately he doesn’t break into the Otis Redding/Aretha Franklin classic song, but it’s still a good lesson to have anyway.

Personally, I think Cavill may have missed his calling as a children’s TV presenter, even if he does seem to be trying to be even more British than he normally is. [Read more…]

Arrow’s Sexy Colton Haynes Turns Singer With His Rendition Of You Raise Me Up

Colton Haynes is best known for looking very, very pretty. Oh, ok, he’s best known for starring in the likes of Teen Wolf and Arrow – although he is undoubtedly very pretty too.

He’s also been hiding a talent, as it turns out he’s a pretty nifty singer too.

He’s posted a teaser of his version of You Raise Me Up (which the likes of Josh Groban and Westlife have had success with, but was actually written and first performed by Ireland’s Secret Garden). Haynes may not have the power of Groban, but it sill sounds nice.

The teaser followed a tweet where Colton said, “Hey Tweeps! Check out the teaser for this special musical project I’ve been working on! Details soon…”

Before we find out about that, we’ll be able to see him in Season 2 of Arrow, and hopefully he’ll be as shirtless as he was in the new promo poster that was released yesterday. [Read more…]

James Franco Kisses A Guy In Staged Paparazzi Shots

James Franco is at it again, this time taking to his Instagram account to post staged paparazzi shots, complete with Perez Hilton style scrawls on top. We’re presuming it’s some sort of arty thing, where he’s making a point about how gossip websites take images and run them out of context, while plastering famous people’s stars all over the place, without actually knowing anything about them.

Or maybe he’s just having a laugh.

And this being Franco, he couldn’t help himself but go a few slightly gay shots, where he kisses a guy. There are also some where he’s in a car with a mystery blond. Personally we like the ones with the cute guy better.

Hey, perhaps this is his way of telling us he has both a girlfriend and a boyfriend! Who knows?

Crush Of The Day: Scott Eastwood Looking Hot & Shirtless In A New Fashion Shoot

We’ve included Scott Eastwood a couple of times before in our Crush Of The Day round-ups, as there’s no doubt that Clint’s son is pretty hot, and he’s also not afraid of getting his shirt off (then again, neither would I if I had a bod like that).

He’s been looking fine again in the October 2013 issue of Town & Country magazine, photographed by Noe DeWitt, and you can take a look at the pics above and below.

Scott got first small movie role in Flags Of Our Fathers, and Clint also cast him in Gran Torino and Invictus. More recently they’ve been acting alongside one another in Trouble With The Curve.

Scott’s acting career hasn’t solely been working with his dad though, as he’s also appeared in the likes of An American Crime, Chasing Mavericks, The Perfect Wave (the last two films showing his love of surfing), Texas Chainsaw 3D and he’s currently shooting Fury alongside Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf.

Scott says, “People assumed that I would have everything handed to me, but that couldn’t be further from the truth,” he said. “I was on my own just doing the grind.” That’s not surprising as Clint didn’t publicly acknowledge he’d fathered Scot and his sister Kathryn until 2002. Indeed it’s said that on their birth certificate it simply says ‘father declined’. Scott was born just as Clint was beginning his spell as mayor of Carmel, California in 1986, which is where he grew up.

Has A Cheyenne Jackson Sex Tape Leaked?

Cheyenne JacksonA few years ago a naked picture of Cheyenne Jackson supposedly showed up online. While that’s never been confirmed (although many assume it to be real), it may now have been followed by a solo sex tape.

The minute-long video has leaked over at The Sword (NSFW, obviously), which they suggest may be a video of Behind The Candelabra and 30 Rock star Jackson having a little fun and saying he’s in need of his boyfriend.

The evidence it’s him are some briefly visible tattoos that some say match up with the actor and singer’s, and that you see half a face at the end that looks like Cheyenne but which it’s impossible to confirm is actually him.

There’s also no info on where the tape may have come from, although some are suggesting that perhaps Cheyenne’s new, younger boyfriend who he’s been seeing since he and his husband split a few months ago may have shared it with a friend who then leaked it.

Personally I’m not sure, as it looks like a different penis in the tape than in the older photo. I’ll leave it up to you to decide. Do you think the pic below, which come from the vid, is half of Cheyenne’s face? [Read more…]
