Jonathan Groff Reveals Details About Shooting Looking Gay Sex Scenes

Have you ever had to wear an ‘anal cover’? And no, we’re not talking underpants.

Well, Jonathan Groff has. The actor took part in ‘Variety Studio’, which is as much a chance to advertise Samsung Phones as talk about the worlds of TV and film, but it did allow Groff to offer some intimate details about shooting the sex scenes in Looking (most of those who watched the show will remembering him bottoming for Russell Tovey).

And yes, apparently that involved wearing an ‘anal cover’, whatever one of them is. Unfortunately Samsung might not have liked it if he got into much detail so only gets a few sentence to discuss it (we’re presuming that’s the reason, not that the others present didn’t want to hear far more about Jonathan’s ass).

Crush Of The Day: Bryce Johnson Gets Butt Naked In Willow Creek

Bryce Johnson is one of those guys who pops up in all sorts of things, whether it’s in recurring roles in the likes of Popular or Pretty Little Liars, or guest spots in everything from NCIS and Supernatural to CSI and Nip/Tuck. We also saw him grind up to Chris Colfer and a sexy stripper Santa in Glee.

However in the movie Willow Creek he gets to take centre stage. While most of the film is about him and his character’s girlfriend making a mockumentary about Bigfoot, at one point the movie takes a couple of minutes to appreciate Bryce’s nudity.

As they tramp around a deserted forest he decided its worth jumping into a chilly river, and so we get to appreciate the sight of him stripping naked and leaping in, with only the semi-transparent water to cover his modesty.

Crush Of The Day: Jamie Dornan Tells Interview He Doesn’t Like His Body, But Shows It Off Anyway

Jamie Dornan is a very handsome man, who’s has success as both an actor and a model. However that doesn’t mean he’s free from body issues – even if he agreed to show a lot of it as Christian Grey in the upcoming 30 Shades Of Grey adaptation.

He tells Interview, “I don’t like my physique. Who does? I was a skinny guy growing up, and I still feel like that same skinny kid.” When I noted that he will be unveiling the torso that has made him famous around the world for a movie-going audience, he again laughs over the absurdity of it all. “I’m still auditioning,” he avers. “I don’t really have choices in the material I get. So I have to make the choices in the way I play the characters. And I’m happy to get a chance to play Christian.”

Luckily for us though, he’s not covering his body up too much in the accompanying photoshoot, and even goes so far as to shove his hand down his pants to get is all thinking about what he’s touching.

Crush Of The Day: Russell Tovey Gives Us A Look At His Post-Gym Shirtlessness

Sometimes there seems to be two Russell Toveys. One of them is a little shy, introverted and says things like ‘I’ve got ratty curly hair. I’ve got sticky-out ears. I‘ve got a little troll nose. I’m like a little pale street urchin. I’m lucky that I’ve sort of aged well into my face. I don’t think people are repelled by me. But one never sees how other people see you in a mirror at all — ever.’

The other Russell is bit more exhibitionist and certainly not afraid to show of his body, whether it was onstage a few months ago, humping Jonathan Groff in Looking, or by posting shirtless gym-selfies like the one above that he put on Instagram, after he’d had a bit of a workout at the end of a trip to Sydney.

Personally, I quite like both of them, especially as he comes across as if you could happily take him to meet your mom, but then later on once the bedroom door is closed…

We’ll also be seeing more of him in the second season of Looking as he’s been promoted to being a season regular. Perhaps he’ll bring along the other hottie in the pic as well as we wouldn’t mind seeing more of him as well.

Apropos Of Nothing: Two Guys One Pup Video Makes Us Confused & A Little Horny

I have absolutely no idea what’s supposed to be going on in the short video above, so I’ve had to watch it over and over and over again to try and work it out.

The ‘Two Guys One Pup‘ title and Doge-inspired ‘Such Fashion’ subheading suggests it’s a sort of meeting on memes, but the actual video itself is just a tiny dog with two hot, shirtless models who barely look like actual real, people. They’re more like what a teenager might doodle as being their ideal guy.

I’m betting someone had five minutes to think up the scenario for a fashion video and they were very hungover.

Or perhaps we can believe what the video says it’s about, which is: ‘Man’s best friend or man’s best mirror? Two Guys, One Pup extrapolates the Lacanian recognition of self to this normally-pejorative “friend.” In the Pup’s eyes, one can catch a fleeting glimpse of one’s soul, and indeed, a joyful confirmation of a co-evolutionary bond stretching back eons.’

I’m presuming though that it’s actually meant to be a satirical riff on the more pretentious aspects of many fashion films, but who knows?

If you want to be in a Magic Mike movie, you better not mind taking your clothes off. Orange Is The New Black’s sexy Matt McGorry has been trying to prove he’s got what it takes by stripping down for an audition.

Well, kind of. He’s actually taking part in a College Humor skit, but it does involve him having to take his clothes off repeatedly! We’re certainly not going to complain about that.

While this isn’t a serious audition, maybe Channing Tatum and co. will see it and give him a proper shot, as we reckon he’d make a good addition to the troupe when shooting begins on Magic Mike 2 this summer.

Crush Of The Day: Hugh Jackman Shows Off His Butt In X-Men: Days Of Future Past (NSFW)

As we mentioned in our review, Hugh Jackman gets nekkid in X-Men: Days Of Future Past, so it’s little surprise that the relevant portion of the movie has quickly shown up online and been turned into a gif (which you can see below).

As the film is PG-13, don’t expect anything too dangly though.

Hugh has been talking about the scene while promoting the movie, including on Live With Kelly & Michael, where he explained, “It wasn’t written as a nude scene.”

“The scene has Wolverine, because the whole premise of the movie is it has Wolverine traveling back in time to prevent something cataclysmic happening in the future,” he said. “So I land back in 1973. I wake up — this is what the script says — wake up next to a girl who I don’t remember, and I get out of bed wearing boxer shorts. I don’t know about America, but in Australia, if you are next to a really good looking girl, you’re not getting out with boxer shorts on or briefs, or anything! So, yeah, I went commando and we just went for it,” he said.

Jackman added that they did slightly try to preserve his modesty, saying, “There’s a sock. They brought a bright green sock for me to wear and I was like, ‘This is kind of drawing more attention than less.’ And they said, ‘No, no, no we need bright green like a green screen, so if you bend over, if you turn around, we need to erase it.’

However in an online Q&A Jackman revealed there was something about his nude scene he forgot to do – tell his kids. He says, “It is actually really cool to watch it with them until you get to the moment where you’re naked onscreen and you forgot to warn your almost 9-year-old daughter. And she says ‘Dad, why aren’t you wearing underwear?'”

Take A Look At Taylor Kitsch’s Shirtless Career Courtesy Of Ellen

You might not expect a lesbian to have a fascination with the male torso, but Ellen Degeneres (or at least the producers of her chat show) certainly seems to. She’s certainly not averse to showing off buff man meat on her show.

Now she’s decided that with Taylor Kitsch coming on her show, it was a good opportunity to pay homage to the fact he’s spent almost as much time on screen with his shirt off as with it on. Indeed John Carter almost seemed like $200 million worth of special effects all spent to show his abs off to better effect.

Emile Hirsch Directs Homoerotic Cross-Dressing Music Video For Koga

It seems that Emile Hirsch doesn’t want to let James Franco to be the only actor who’s output becomes homoerotic when they stepped behind the camera. After the shirtless guis and sexual tension of his directorial debut, a music video for Daft Punk’s ‘Alive’, he’s back with a cross-dressing tale of a man, his neighbour and the internet.

It’s a nicely ambiguous video where are man could be seen as sweet and romantic, or odd and stalkerish, while the twist at the end could either be a situation getting slightly out of hand, or almost the fruition of an elaborate piece of role-playing.

It’s a nice way of playing with gender-roles and expectations, although it does seem that if we’re going to draw any conclusions about Hirsch from his directorial output so far, he’s very interested in the male body and working out. We’ll have to see whether he continues the theme with whatever he comes up with next. [Read more…]

Straight Men React To Grindr In A Great New Video

The last thing we posted was all about the dumb preconceptions straight people often have about gay people, where comedian Daniel-Ryan Spaulding turned the table to show us what happens ‘If Gay Guys Said The Shit Straight People Say’.

However when straight guys are presented with anything that’s genuinely gay, the results are often funny to see.

Last year we saw how straight guys react to watching gay porn, and now we’ve got a vid where nine straight guys are asked to go on Grindr. Most of them kind of know what the app is, but their reactions to actually being part of the Grindr world is undoubtedly amusing.

It actually works out to be a fun way to explore the similarities and differences between gay and straight men – as in some ways things are somewhat different, but in others they’re very much the same, even if we approach things in different ways. Take a look above.
