Although Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit wasn’t a big success, it has reminded the movie world that Kevin Costner exists, so after hardly making any films for several years, he’s back in demand. Now Variety reports that he’s in talk to star in Criminal, with Ariel Vromen (The Iceman) attached to direct.
The movie is about a ruthless killer who chooses to take part in a scientific experiment instead of spending the rest of his life in jail. He then gets implanted with the brain of a recently-murdered field operative.
