One of the movies that will be hoping to be in the Oscar race next year is Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom. Now the first teaser for the movie has been released, with Idris Elba getting very literal as he actually on a long walk in the middle of nowhere. Elba plays Nelson Mandela, with Naomie Harris as Winnie Mandela. The epic motion picture spans Mandela’s extraordinary life, from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected President of South Africa.
It’s currently due out January 2014.
