Brandon Routh is getting his superhero on again as Atom in Arrow. While we’ve seen his character, Ray Palmer, in earlier episodes, he’s not actually donning the Atom suit until episode 15 of Season 3. However to give us our first taste a great picture of him in costume has been released.
It may not be Superman, but he’s looking pretty good.
Little is known about how this character will fit into the show. He could be teaming up with Arrow and co., or possibly he’ll be a vigilante on his own. It’s also rumoured that along with Arrow and Flash, the CW Network is planning an Atom show.
That possible spin-off is still in the early stages, but if fans respond to Routh’s heroics in the coming weeks, expect to see a lot more of him in his own show.
