You just can’t trust them Nazis, they’re always doing naughty things. That’s certainly true in Overlord, where the Nazis have created a village full of zombies.
Here’s the synopsis: ‘On the eve of D-Day, American paratroopers are dropped behind enemy lines to carry out a mission crucial to the invasion’s success. But as they approach their target, they begin to realize there is more going on in this Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation. They find themselves fighting against supernatural forces, part of a Nazi experiment.’
It’s the first R-rated movie from Bad Robot, JJ Abrams’ production company, and it certainly looks like it might be an interesting one (although probably not another secret Cloverfield movie that some have assumed it would be). Assassination Nation made a bit of a splash at Sundance, with good reviews and a huge distribution deal. Now we get a taste of the movie with a new trailer.
Synopsis: ‘The film tells an inspiring and spirited true story that follows young lawyer Ruth Bader Ginsburg as she teams with her husband Marty to bring a groundbreaking case before the U.S. Court of Appeals and overturn a century of gender discrimination. The feature will premiere in 2018 in line with Justice Ginsburg’s 25th anniversary on the Supreme Court.’

Wonder Park’s synopsis doesn’t tell us a lot, just saying, ‘Wonder Park tells the story of a magnificent amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive.’ However, the first trailer has arrived to give us a better taste of what could be a fun film.
Many were surprised by just how good Creed was, bringing new life to the Rocky franchise and ensuring a sequel was quickly put in the works. That follow-up is now on its way, and you can take a look at the first trailer and poster below.
Director Robert Zemeckis returns with Welcome To Marwen, which some think may be in the award season running next year (although it’s way too early to say). It’s certainly being lined up for one with a late 2018 release planned.
The Meg may be one of the worst film titles around (and even worse than the book it’s based on, which was simply titled ‘Meg’), but the movie might prove to be guilty pleasure fun. It’s basically Jaws on steroids but with its tongue slightly in its cheek.
