Jeremy Irvine in Now Is Good
Way back in September 2010 Liam Hemsworth was circling Fallen, but he moved on due to the fact the film was stuck in development (and was also passed around Hollywood, as it was originally being developed by Disney). However now it’s moving forward again with Deadline reporting that Jeremy Irvine (War Horse) and Addison Timlin (Stand Up Guys) have joined the cast.
The film is based on Lauren Kate’s young adult supernatural fantasy novel about an alienated teen girl, Luce Price (Timlin), who is drawn to the mysterious and aloof Daniel Grigori (Irvine) from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in Savannah, Georgia. He’s the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch their every move.
Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce, she can’t let go and has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret. As secrets unfurl, it becomes clear Daniel may not be what he appears, and there could be a reason he seems so familiar.
Scott Hicks (The Lucky One) is directing from a screenplay co-written by author Lauren Kate, Nichole Millard and Kathryn Price. It isn’t clear when it will shoot.

After the massive success of Ted, Universal was quick to sign Seth MacFarlane to make a sequel. However with his TV shows to run and a new live action film, A Million Ways To Die In The West, in post-production, it hasn’t been clear when he’d return to talking teddy bears.
For some time there’s been talk of a new film based on The Twilight Zone, but it seems like they’ve had difficulty figuring out how it would work, as while it’s a famous name, Rod Serling TV show’s anthology structure means there’s no real template to follow.
Pedro Almodóvar (All About My Mother, The Skin I Live In) is back with his campest film ever, I’m So Excited, which reaches DVD and Blu-ray in the UK on August 26th. We’ve teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment for a great competition, as we’ve got a copy of the film on DVD, plus a fantastic poster signed by Almodóvar himself!
If Hollywood had its way, Kristen Wiig would just make Bridesmaids clones and sequels, but she’s not interested in that – indeed she turned down a huge deal to write and star in the follow-up to her breakout movie hit. Now she’s hoping show off he dramatic skills, as
Just before Comic Con, Tom Cruise’ upcoming sci-fi changed from being All You Need Is Kill to Edge Of Tomorrow. Now it’s edged further to the bid screen with the news, via
