It was only a few weeks ago that Arrow’s Stephen Amell signed up to play Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, but he’s already on set and donned the characters iconics hockey mask, as proved by the first pic of him, as released by producer Michael Bay on Twitter.
Along with the hockey mask, Casey is carrying a hockey sticks, one of the weapons the vigilante character it known to use as he heads out onto the streets or New York to take on the scum.
Presumably as in the comics he’ll initially seem like a potential adversary for the Turtles, before teaming up with them, and also being a love interest for Megan Fox’s April O’Neil.
The film will arrive in cinemas June 2016.
